Biblical! Turkey Just Stopped the Flow of the Euphrates River!

Did Turkey just stop the flow of the Euphrates River? Yes, according to a You Tube report. This could leave 7,000,000 Syrians with no drinking water in days and also affect downstream Iraq. And this seems to have been prophesied in the Bible in the book of Revelation, that the Euphrates River would be dried up just before a major war. This would definitely be an act of war and war crime by Turkey if true, and would likely lead to some kind of military conflict before long. Watch the video below.
