The days aren't so happy for Erin Moran anymore, who has hit rock bottom since becoming haggard and homeless, the new issue of the National Enquirer exclusively reveals.
The former Happy Days actress has been bouncing from motel to motel after being thrown out of the trailer that she shared with her mother-in-law, according to a source close to the struggling child star.
Things are destined to go from bad to worse for the 51-year-old, as once she has finished blowing through a cash settlement that was awarded to her and other Happy Days alum by CBS over merchandise revenue, she will be left without a roof over her head.

As the Enquirer previously reported, the actress that won America’s heart as Richie Cunningham’s little sister Joanie, and her current husband Steve Fleischmann – who works in the garden center at Walmart -- moved into the Berkshire Pointe Mobile Home Park in New Salisbury, Indiana, with his mom after they lost their California home to foreclosure and were evicted.
For a while, Erin worked as her mother-in-law’s caretaker – cooking, cleaning and taking care of the 72-year-old’s personal hygiene.
“Erin was a huge help at first, but then Steve’s mom got fed up with Erin’s nonstop partying and told her to hit the road,” a close source revealed.
"She was going out and coming home at all hours of the night, sometimes with her rowdy bar friends, and Steve’s mom just couldn’t take it anymore, so she told Erin to leave.”

Erin and Steve, 45, then moved into a cheap hotel in nearby Corydon, but her hard-partying habits and belligerent behavior weren't welcome there either.
“On several occasions the hotel management warned Erin to curb her unruly behavior, but they finally had enough of her temper and demanded that she immediately leave the property," revealed the insider.
Since then they have been bouncing between friends and motels, drinking away the $65,000 that Erin won in a legal dispute with the network in April 2011, and spending the cash "like a drunken sailor."
